The Exercise Clinic has been helping Chris Field to train for The Yukon River Quest, this is a 715km(440 mile) canoe race down the Yukon River. The race will start on the 27th June and should end 1st July 2012.
There are two teams going and they are raising money for Help for Heroes charity.

The Exercise Clinic will be shut over the Easter break on Good Friday, Easter Sunday & Easter Monday.

Snow update.

Gym is open at the moment, the side roads are still not perfect so be careful.

Liam has opened up the gym. the main roads are OK, but the sides roads are still full of snow and the car park has 4" of snow which has been untouched. He will give it until 9.30am then if no one has been in, he will shut up shop.
